+28 Celsius

Viruses don’ t like high temperature, that’s why  human body is increasing it to 40 degrees of Celsius when person feels ill. Somehow I managed to walk one week with sore throat and sneezing without lying down with temperature. Still my workmates are falling down with some virus infections already in one week. I guess there is difference between my workplace and their – I am working in room where it is +25 to +29 Celsius all day long. So my viruses lives no longer while in room with +20 and +22 they like to fly inside of human body and live their life happily

Somehow it sounds unbelievable. It is  like it is and this theory should be right.

Addiction

Allow the changes!

I am very lazy  and introvert person – no posts for 2 month, no photos for near 3 month.

Actually it is not so bad – I have photos, only they are in my laptop, waiting for moderation. Blog? I guess its just because  I am very exigent to my writing  words and style that I am moderating posts and  lately not showing them here.

I am beading, I am dancing and I am looking forward to change my life. As I said in my twitter spot -  Will be that who will believe and will allow  the changes.

 

Concert

As I am  over the moon about bellydance, yesterday I went to the Christmas concert from exotic dance center  “Alegria”.   Bellydance, Indian dance, flamenco and Gypsy dance – all of it took 3 hours  in “Daile’s theater”.

Indian  dance – its shows wonderful mimicry and makes you feel that performer is really here for you.

Flamenco – as I was sitting in the 9th row , I couldn’ t see the leg movements. That means, I didn’ t saw the most of action so for me it was obscure and I am not impressed with it.  I believe in dance if there is common leg and body movements. For me dancing is convergence between body and soul. So – tell me, where is the raisin  of Flamenco?

Another story is about bellydance – actually not a lot to tell you. I saw, I was impressed and I will try it at home ))

Last dance was from boss of Alegria and Mis latvia. Well, no comments from me, only that Flamenco were  good with them.

 

Parunāt vai parunāties?

Ja draudzene saka. ” Forši! Tiekamies. Gribu parunāt.” Tad patiešām viņa arī parunās un ne vienu stundu vien.

Now I understand why  some man don’t kiss so much. It can damage the ladies hearing.

 

Holiday trip

How to choose  hotel for holiday trip?

First – the hotel should be near the beach and near the main street.

Another part of choice is – it is not expensive to go out for lunch or dinner. Hurghada has a great choose of sea food – calamaris, shrimps and fishes. For 50 EGP or 5 Ls can have soup or main course, fresh fruit juice and Turkish coffee.

In the days, as the same as night it is good to walk around. While I  timed the sails to the wind in first day, and last day at 8 pm it was already  way home, I didn’t looked at Marina  – the new place near the sea, where it is more expensive, but good looking  cost with  coffee shops,  market and very good view to the sea where in the nights are a lot of ships in lights.

Good place for looking up to the stars

Actually for young people Hurghada is a good place for nightlife. For example, there is open air discos near the sea – Buda and other ones Chill-out music till midnight and after there is time for dancing.

Another parties can take place in Africano and Calypso – in the clubs without open air terrace.

A lot of stuff to do – take safari with riding through the Sahara with motorbikes ))

Even if you have a seasickness, take a drugs for it and go with glass boat to see the coral riffs.

With sun protection balsam from Dzintars SPF 30 UVA + UVB water-resistant my skin didn’t get burn even If I was in the sun for 5 hours!!! I love Sun in Africa. After  sunbath, of course after sun balsam from Dzintars.

One more thing – don’ t forget to drink a lot of water!!!

Monday with “The last Word”

After my  long  holidays in the Africa, I am back and sitting near my work computer, trying to  get in to the work. But, as my mind is  still in the Sahara, where sun is shining and people are trying to get out money from me ( ), I just looked in pages of “New scientist” and found some popular-scientific topics called “The last Word”.

My opinion is that in your free time it is helpful to get  your mind in to the science, even if it is some questions from your daily life, and  previous you had no idea to get interested in it
